Xiaorong Yang has 12 years of experience in on-site artistic realization of Zigong lantern heritage. He adjusts shapes and proportions to harmonize with natural elements – trees, water, hills – ensuring that each lantern feels like a natural extension of the landscape rather than an imported object.

He has worked on multiple international projects in South Korea, France and U.S. cities like Cleveland, Buffalo, South Bend and Salt Lake City.

I adjust the spreading angle of a peacock’s tail on site, making it blend with the trees behind into a single painting.
